In addition to helping grow our tennis and pickleball usage significantly over the last two years, the data we collected on court usage was a key part of our business case to update our 20 year old courts. We got approval from our HOA to resurface our courts, put up new nets, install LED lights, mark off pickleball courts and provide portable pickle nets. RMC has made it much easier to organize play and get more people involved in tennis and pickleball in our townhome community.
We are a relatively small part of the ReserveMyCcourt community, and I am not a very savvy computer user. But since our HOA began working with ReserveMyCourt over 5 years ago, Greg has been there to help me learn the system and has always been available to help me adjust to new features.
ReserveMyCourt has been an important part of our courts’ system, and has saved us many headaches even though we only have three courts.
This software has made it very easy to manage the use of our combination tennis and pickleball courts. It is easy to use and has worked very well for us.
Our club has been a user of RMC software for many years.
We have always been treated fairly and with prompt responses to any issues. It is a pleasure to furnish to our members a very easy to use system for managing play of many types at our club.
Greg has been more than willing to listen to our ideas, and when warranted, included our suggestions in the application. Our club’s use of the system has grown greatly over the years, and so has the usability of the RMC application. We look to continue the relationship for many years to come.
Most tasks work as needed. Would like email out to better support copy and paste formatting. Currently pasting from Word or gmail results in garbled text in RMC. Would also like to see more robust Data Reporting. Currently can only run 1 month at a time, with limited field options.
The RMC system has been a lifesaver for Halstead complex. After a little adjustment time we have had only positive reviews on the system. Thank you Greg for the support you offer at all times!
We have been using Reserve My Court for 2 years now and it’s been great. Customer service – the couple of times that we have customized things it’s been very easy.
I really enjoy the ease of using Reserve My Court. It is so easy to give captains permission to schedule courts when there are rain outs, grant access to new users, and input neighborhood requirements in the system . It is easy to block courts for maintenance, input practice and match schedules before the seasons start, and for users to schedule the courts they need for practice, matches, and pickleball. It couldn’t be better.
The system is seamless and all of my club members love the program. The app is very easy to use.

Our courts have gotten so busy over the last few years, especially with pickle ball being played also. Now players know when courts are available. It’s also a great tool to email everyone for gate code changes, etc. Love it!
The RMC system handily meets the needs of our community. Club configurations are straightforward, offering both a full suite of rule capabilities and the necessary flexibility to differentiate how they are set-up across amenities. The user experience has been positive based on ease of use and high levels of reliability. We are also pleased with the support we have been given when questions or issues have arisen. We are not yet using some of the capabilities provided but understand how they might come into play in the future. We have now extended the use of RMC to include 5 separate amenity clubs in our community, giving our residents a common and versatile user interface for making facility reservations.

RMC has helped transform our tennis community here in Martin’s Landing. We have 15 courts in 3 locations, with over 5,000 residents. It’s a lot to manage, and all by volunteers on the Tennis Committee. RMC has allowed us the create a great process to have new residents sign up on RMC which triggers a welcome letter and gets them on the email list for monthly Tennis & Pickleball update newsletter that can help them join ALTA and USTA teams, join clinics, take lessons and find the help they need to get started in our tennis community. The App is very easy to use as well.

Our neighborhood has been using ReserveMyCourt for around 10 years, maybe more. It is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive. I can’t imagine managing our tennis & pickleball courts without it.

We’re a small facility – only have two tennis courts but have two free standing pickleball courts too.
The great thing for us is having both sets of courts available on RMC for reservations which are very easy to make – even when reserving courts for a season’s worth of practice/lessons and matches at one sitting.
The reservation system is user friendly and a season worth of reservations for a team can be made in less than 15 minutes. Our members are comfortable making reservations too.
And best of all – when I had a question – and I did have some – Greg was always quick to reply, pleasant and able to help me. Can’t ask for better support. Thanks!
Our small member-funded club in the jungles of Costa Rica has been an RMC client for half a dozen years. RMC always works. And it works for all my members from 16 to 96. It is simple to use and understand, yet powerful enough for admins to tightly control/modify the club’s permissions as factors change throughout the year (where we have a 6-month dry season and a 6-month rainy season). We love it, and for good reason: excellence. Also, Greg is always super-attentive to any question or suggestion, and this is a huge bonus!
It is easy to see who has reserved the courts and email the group of users of the courts.
Any time I have contacted RMC, my problems have been resolved quickly by very nice staff!
Our club have to hand it to Greg and all the team at RMC. They are continually improving the website and app and it is so easy to book our court for a squash game.
I couldn’t recomened the service enough. The cost of using their service is brilliant, the layout of both site and app are easy on the eye and there are no flashy gimics.
All we want is a simple timetable and email confirmation service. We get that all the time.
We have never received a complaint from any club member on any issue with RMC, that says it all really.

The Field Club of Longmeadow has been utilizing RMC for 4 years now, and the membership is very pleased with it’s ease-of-use and features. Our club has 14 tennis courts, 5 platform tennis courts, and 4 pickleball courts, – and have all 23 courts plugged into the system, and are very happy with the system.
We love to be able to offer our stakeholders an online reservation gesture for our Tennis Courts and Pickleball Courts. This allows our stakeholders to plan and enjoy their hobby at a time that works best for them.

RMC support is the best, they give many inputs and help you through the process.
Easy to use. Keeps members organized
RMC has been a wonderful tool in our community! As an admin, I can block courts for Open Play and other Pickleball Club events… even well into the future. Members can reserve courts according to our predetermined guidelines. Currently we allow 2 reservations/week, and no more than 7-day advance reservations. During peak seasons, members often stay up until midnight to grab the court of their choosing a week ahead… but that has been the only complaint!
On the rare occasions that members have difficulty logging in, Greg has been very helpful and supportive.
We recommend RMC to any community needing the structure and flexibility of an online reservation system. 5 stars!
